SOCIAL SCENE/EVENTS
|
 The STAGS believe in a work hard, play hard attitude. All members of the team are aware that their priorities are always to their families and their studies, but that their dedication to the team must come third. In return for this commitment, the STAGS provide one of the most vibrant student social scenes in Southampton – not just a drunken pub-crawl!
In 2005, Colin O’Connor and his Social Committee plan a wide range of activities for the team, friends and families.
Examples of this years social scene include:
Dodge Ball competition, Paint Balling, STAGS Open Golf Tournament, Pool Competition, Ten-Pin Bowling, Valentines Party, Alumni-Day, Halloween Party, Firework night at the Rose Bowl, Trip to Thorpe Park, Cinema Nights, Comedy Club Night, Theme Nights…
In addition, the STAGS committee will work on four joint events with the Southampton Vixens Cheerleaders.
These events are :
OCTOBER Freshers Night, American Theme Night
DECEMBER Christmas Party
JANUARY Superbowl Party
MAY End of Season Ball

JOHN SLAVIN TROPHY 2007/08 Awarded to Southampton Stags
The Stags unveiled their new kit for the 07/08 season... designed by President Kris Hodges-Peck with input from Head Coach Graham Thorpe, they were made by Athletix and were provided by CollegeJersey.co.uk.
